Our 57′ “Spellbound” is a custom built United States Coast Guard Licensed & Inspected for more than 6,

passenger vessel.  In order to take more than 6 (six) people on a Fishing  Charter the boat must be built in accordance and approved by the U.S.C.G.  Every aspect of the building of the boat in Washington DC.  When the boat is being built Coast Guard inspectors monitor the construction every week and preform tests to prove quality standards are met in the boat. must have approved plans from the U.S.C.G office.When the boat is completed a series of test’s are done to

determine the level of the vessels stability.  It’s this determined stability that allots the approved number of passengers the boat can cary.  Once the boat is completed and final inspections are done, the crew is trained by the Coast Guard inspector.

Each year the boat and the crew both go under a scurfiness inspection and the crew receives instruction on new rules and systems each year.  It is the quality that is built into the boat.  The safety measures that are built directly in the boat at the beginning of construction, that are followed throughout that make our boat safer than the rest.  Our boat was built to be the best fishing boat the South Florida, Miami & Miami beach has to offer.  Although the Spellbound was primarily built to be a safe passenger vessel, and goes under continued inspections by the government to insure safety to the public
